How do I find an HSV collective agreement pricing schedule?

1. Log in to My Dashboard
2. From the My Dashboard menu, select 'Contracts and tenders'
3. Select 'Contracts and documents'
4. From the list, select an HSV collective agreement
5. From the collective agreement menu, select 'Contract Files'
6. Locate the pricing schedule in the list of documents.

HSV pricing schedules are confidential and only for use by Victoria's public health services.
