Your account could be disabled for a number of reasons, for example your password may have expired, too many incorrect password attempts or your companies superuser has disabled your account.
To reactivate your account please ask your superuser to do so - they can do this via their account. Select 'My Dashboard' > 'My Account Settings' > 'Manage User Accounts' > Select the user you wish to edit > Update 'Account Status' and save the changes
