As a supplier to Victoria's public health services, you are required to share your product data using GS1 Australia's National Product Catalogue (NPC). You will need to work with GS1 Australia to load your product information into the NPC.
This data is then automatically loaded into and syncronised with the HSV Catalogue managed by HSV.
The HSV Catalogue is used by health services such as Melbourne Health and other large and small health services across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Health services use this data in their pharmacies, warehouse management systems, theatres and procurement systems, and for electronic data interchange (EDI).
The HSV Catalogue creates efficiencies for suppliers by reducing invoice errors and improving internal processes, helping to get the right products to the right places at the right times. This means better outcomes for hospital patients in Victoria.
For more information on sharing your data with HSV for the HSV Catalogue, please contact the GS1 support team directly.
