Make sure your Sales Report HPV Product Numbers match what is in the most recent pricing schedule extract for your business.
Do not use HPV Product numbers from expired contracts or from Contract Holders that have novated (please always refer to your current pricing extract).
Always use 99999999999 (i.e. 11 x nines) as the HPV Product Number for Uncontracted Items.
Do not quote 99999999999 when there is an HPV Product Number available. This will under-report sales, risking the item being taken off contract.
